EPIC Contracting
EPIC Contracting is a full service residential renovation company based out of Calgary, Alberta.
The co-founder and owner, Erik, started the company from his passion in architecture and construction. From a young age, Erik helped his family renovate multiple family homes which sparked his passion in the trade. Always being passionate about working hard, Erik became a painter for College-Pro Painters and eventually a Franchise Owner for the company. With his University background in finance and his passion for business, he started EPIC Contracting in 2016 with his business partner, Paul. Now the sole owner of EPIC Contracting, Erik has completed multiple renovation jobs, from big to small, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and even full home flips, all with the purpose of creating clients dream homes and keeping them happy while doing so.
At EPIC Contracting, our goal is provide all of our clients with a positive experience and deliver a stunning renovation finished on time and on budget. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are experts in their fields and work diligently to bring your project to life.

The Process
We start things off with an initial consultation where we assess our clients’ needs, tastes, budget and the design of the home.
We then work with this information to design a space that gets the most function out of their space and provide a detailed cost estimate as well as blueprints and drawings. After this, we’re more than happy to continue making any adjustments so that you are completely happy with the design and price before we start your project. Once you’re completely happy with the design we’ll provide a project schedule, apply for permits, order materials and then start the project when it’s convenient for you.
